It takes courage and self belief to look at the transience of your life and the rewards can be deeply fulfilling. Fundamental shifts in creativity, community and commitment arise from this transformative inquiry.

Whether you're in your 40s or 80s ageing can be challenging and it can also be deeply rewarding experience.

Join Felice Rhiannon and Adam Duncan for four sessions where we will explore the rewards and challenges of changing the paradigm of ageing. 

Wednesdays  21st, 28th. August & 4th, 11th. Sept. 

Meeting together for four consecutive weeks we will consider such vital topics as life review, forgiveness, development as an elder, embracing our mortality and leaving a legacy. Each week we will engage in inspiring sharing, deep listening, contemplation, journal writing and other reflective practices. Please join Adam Duncan and Felice Rhiannon on Wednesday afternoons from 2:00 to 4:00 on 21 and 28 August, 4 and 11 September.
Please plan to attend all four sessions.
Suggested donation £10-45, cash at the first meeting to cover expenses.
