This Ageing into Eldering workshop facilitated by both Felice Rhiannon and Adam Duncan is aimed at empowering people in the late afternoon of life to fully access their experience and wisdom. In a safe and inclusive space we take the time for active listening and to explore possibilities. We will work with such topics as life review, forgiveness, development as an elder, embracing our mortality and leaving a legacy.
